PSHE

The ambition of our PSHE curriculum is to nurture every child so that they can flourish in a safe, supportive, and faith-inspired environment. Rooted in our vision to nurture faith; inspire success, and underpinned by the English National Curriculum, our PSHE teaching provides the knowledge and skills children need to lead healthy, happy lives and build positive relationships. We prioritise personal growth, wellbeing, and resilience, ensuring children feel valued and are empowered to make responsible choices that prepare them for the opportunities and challenges of life in modern Britain.

Our PSHE curriculum reflects our values of love, honour, and trust, which guide how we learn and live together. By drawing on the richness of our close-knit rural community and celebrating diversity within the wider world, we inspire pupils to show compassion, respect, and integrity. Our intent is for children to leave us as confident, thoughtful, and responsible individuals who demonstrate our values in action, contribute positively to their communities, and are well-prepared for the next stage of their education and beyond.
