Maple Class had a fantastic Forest School session as they gathered safely around the campfire to experience one of the highlights of outdoor learning. The children learned about campfire safety before taking turns to carefully toast a marshmallow over the fire.
Once their marshmallows were perfectly golden, they made delicious s'mores by sandwiching them between biscuit. There were lots of smiles as everyone enjoyed their tasty treat!
The afternoon was a wonderful opportunity for the children to build confidence, develop independence and enjoy learning together in the great outdoors. It was a memorable Forest School experience that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
