This week, Maple Class enjoyed a hands-on Forest School session where they made bird feeders to help support local wildlife. Using natural and recycled materials, the children worked carefully to make feeders that would be both practical and inviting for birds.
The activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and an appreciation for nature. Once finished, the bird feeders were taken home, where pupils are excited to watch and identify the birds that visit in the coming weeks. A lovely example of learning outdoors in action!
