Mrs Crampton joined Sapperton in 2023, bringing over 15 years of teaching experience across Gloucestershire and having achieved a National Professional Qualification in Headship. She is passionate about teaching a broad range of subjects, particularly English, maths, history and languages, and enjoys creating a positive, community-focused school environment.
Alongside her role as Head of School, she remains dedicated to classroom teaching, implementing the latest educational research to develop independent and successful learners throughout the school. Building positive and trusting relationships within the Sapperton community is always a priority, as she believes that everyone should have the opportunity to flourish and succeed.
