Mrs Crampton joined Sapperton in 2023 with over 15 years of teaching experience across Gloucestershire. She is passionate about teaching a broad range of subjects, especially English, maths, history and languages, and enjoys creating a positive, community-focused school environment. Alongside her role as Head of School, she remains dedicated to classroom teaching and is continuing her professional development with national leadership qualifications. Building positive and trusting relationships with the Sapperton community will always be a priority as she believes everyone should have the chance to flourish and be successful.
