At Christmas, we were lucky enough to have a visit from Steven Moore who played the Marimba for us. It was amazing.
Music
Music is an important part of Sapperton School life. In addition to our music curriculum, we have a range of different instruments, taught by specialist music teachers who come into school.
We celebrate music in many ways, such as our Easter Music Concert, our Nativity and our very popular end of year school musical.
Music tuition
At Sapperton, we encourage all children to learn to play a musical instrument. Currently, we have 1:1 tuition taking place in drumming, piano and recorder and whole class tuition for clarinet, brass, recorder and ukulele.
